Turn your pictures to gold

You can make money from your pictures by selling them in various manners and turn them into gold that way. The other way is a bit more visual, turning dull collors into bright ones using some computer power. There are several ways to enhance the look of those photos that didn't come out perfect from the flash memory. The 2 photos published here shows how a shot taken by the sea a gray october day, is put into golden glow with a couple of minutes of computer work. When it comes to the question of what's prefered by people, dull but real colors or bright and strong ones, the result is truly in favor of the bright and strong. There are photo sessions with great natural light, providing for the most gorgeous shots. But sometimes they are hidden, even though the sceenery otherwise is just right. That's when your'e in need of some photo enhancing. If you don't know how to do it. Find out...! There are books and other people to ask on the subject, it's worth it...

New possibilities

Digital photography has pushed the limits and given us new exciting tools to work with. I can shoot equivalent to 8 36 picture films in one simple compact flash card, then down load it to my computer in a minute an be ready to go again. I didn't pay for the 8 rolls of film and I don't have to by 8 new ones before going out on next photo session... cool! You might say that it saves you a lot of time not having to enter a dark room or waiting a week to get them back. On the downside this makes you much more trigger happy, shooting enormous amounts of pictures at no extra cost!? Not really the way I see it. More photos means more time in your digital dark room, also known as your computer, sorting and correcting all your shootings. My advice: Enjoy the new possibilities, but hold on to your trigger a little bit and find the good views and composures to reduce the unnecessary shots a bit to save you time behind the screen.

Reasons to share your photos

There are many reasons for putting your photos on the web, mine are a combination of business and the fun of it. Business since I put a price on using them commercially, pleasure since you can browse and watch them on my site for free and because I like nice computer desktop backgrounds I put up a bunch of those on my site as well.
